New journey for globalization of Korean cuisine
Begins with discovering & cultivating chefs specializing in Korean Cuisine
Cuisine.K is a project, operated by CJ CheilJedang, to discover and cultivate chefs specializing in Korean cuisine, with the goal of advancing and globalizing Korean foods. To achieve this, we focus on discovering and cultivating young chefs, which will lead to broadening the influence and presence of Korean cuisine worldwide in the long term. Starting from learning traditional Korean cuisine, providing opportunity for internship at top Korean fine dining restaurants worldwide and operating Pop-up restaurant to develop skills for chef-owner

We offers a diverse range of programs focused on fostering ‘young chefs’ to broaden their interests and offerpromising talent, from traditional Korean cuisine curriculum with a chance to watch and learn from the masters to internships at Korean fine dining restaurants in Korea, and the opportunity to test-run a restaurant of their own and acquire the skills necessary to become successful chef patrons in the future.
