Cuisine.K seeks to elevate the participants’ fundamental understanding of Korean food through
a chance to closely interact with renowned Grand Masters and celebrated chefs in and out of Korea,
including learning their expertise and know-how and collaborating to develop novel recipes

Cuisine.K offers access to restaurant space and some marketing support for Young Chefs to run
a pop-up restaurant at the heart of Gangnam, Seoul for free to providing an opportunity
to grow as K-food chefs and entrepreneurs by running the kitchen as well as the restaurant itself.
