The Cuisine.K Project, operated by CJ CheilJedang, aims to
discover and develop talent in Korean culinary world for the globalization and advancement of Korean cuisine. By discovering promising talents in Korean food and cultivating them into Young Chefs, the Cuisine.K Project strives to support the expansion of Korean cuisine on a global scale.
Cuisine.K Project offers a diverse range of programs focused on fostering promising talent, from traditional Korean cuisine curriculum with a chance to watch and learn from the masters to internships at Korean fine dining restaurants in Korea, and the opportunity to test-run a restaurant of their own and acquire the skills necessary to become successful chef patrons in the future.
We are committed to doing our part in strengthening the global standing of K-food through our ongoing support and efforts to promote Korean cuisine worldwide.
